I am so grateful for your knowledge shared, Cathy!

I love this and am going to try it:

"Oh! I just ate a chocolate bar. No problem, I will eat an orange next time, and then I place the orange ready on a plate with a knife."

That so works for me! If it is there and ready, I will eat it (similar to if I have chopped vegetables ready for dips I will pick them over crackers etc). Thank you for giving advice based on us being humans. I appreciate you!

Nice, Cathy. I wonder how effective taking a B12 supplement is? I've heard (and admittedly haven't researched this) that the only vitamin supplement that is effectively absorbed in the body is Vitamin D3. Do you know anything about that? Great work, my friend!

Vitamin digestion is very complicated, even when absorbing them from food. I known absorption of all vitamins is low but I've never read anything that suggests that most supplement don't work due to poor absorption.

I take a B12 supplement that dissolves in my mouth as some is absorbed there too.

I suppose that would work better than a capsule or pill that one swallows whole. See you tomorrow!

There is a whole science of capsule and pill release, so slow release might be better for some vitamins or other medicines.

Don't hide all the chocolate! A square of chocolate with 70% or higher cacao content at least once a day is good for the body and soul (I am a chocolate maker, so biased). :)

Oh, I don't hide the chocolate that well!

I agree a little bit of dark chocolate is delicious and healthy.
