An early release of a research study by the CDC on COVID-19 in food manufacturing and agricultural facilities between March and May 2020 concluded that racial and ethnic minority food workers were disproportionately affected by the virus. The recommendations are to provide communication and training that is culturally appropriate for each minority group.
