Other recent recalls are due to allergens

Too many!

I keep hammering this point home as approximately a third of recalls are due to mislabelling by missing listing an allergen. There were four recalls so far in February 2021 due to allergens; Dole, Delicae Gourmet, Sprouts and Publix. If you develop and follow a good allergen program, these mistakes should be rare and you shouldn’t have to deal with the expense or the risk of an allergen recall.
