First we had pasta and now we have meat. One Meat Corp., doing business as the Eastern Asian Trading Corporation, has been selling beef and lamb through an online retailer Weee! Corporation. The meat is no longer for sale. However, it may be in people’s fridges. Inspections are carried out to ensure that meat is prepared safely and doesn’t have pathogens like E.coli O157 H7 or Salmonella.
