The documents we will be working on at the Food Safety Coaching workshop on Thursday are here. Please note that you can't edit these documents as they are templates for all of us to work on. You can find an editable copy of the SOP-SSOP Template here. 

The presentation is here. I am still working on it, so expect it will be updated tomorrow.

The full address for Primal Meats is 1521 N 31st St, Philadelphia, PA 19121 (map). We will be starting promptly at 9 am.

For those of you contributing towards lunch, we don't have any place we can prepare food so if please bring food ready to eat. We have selection of cheese, fruit, vegetables, and bread provided by participants. We will also have beverages and snacks.

I am really looking forward to meeting with you and working with you on Thursday. Remember this is a time for you to ask questions about food safety. The more we can have a discussion the more we will learn from each other.
