Food Safety Coaching

On Aug 22 I am offering a food safety coaching workshop. In this 6 hour clinic we will demystify the programs required for state and federal food safety regulations that affect your business, define key terms, gain hands-on experience writing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and creating simple to follow and easy to train Standard Operating Procedures. Course recommended for owners and employees. 

The workshop is aimed at all food artisans and food entrepreneurs who are interested in assuring that their products are safe for consumers, whether you have any food safety experience or not. Even if you’ve already taken previous food safety training courses, this workshop will give you hands-on experience and coaching to develop your prerequisite program including GMPs.
